One arrested in death in Covington

The King County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 26-year-old Covington man on suspicion of murder of a 16-year-old boy in Covington.

The victim, whose body was discovered in the road near the 19400 block of Southeast 267 around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, was reportedly from Montana, said Sgt. Cindi West with the Sheriff’s Office.

The man who was arrested had been in an altercation with the 16-year-old victim earlier in the evening, said West.
