She was raped, but the cops didn’t believe her: A Lynnwood woman told police she had been raped back in 2008, but claims they bullied her into recanting her story. They were wrong, and now she has sued. In the suit, she claims among other things that police made sure she entered an at-risk youth program where she had to stand before others in the group and say she was a liar. She was just 18 at the time.
