Armed robbery on Capitol Hill this morning

Two people were robbed of cell phones, money and a backpack as they walked along Harvard Avenue on Capitol Hill at 3 a.m. today, according to Seattle police.

The victims were accosted by three men, one of whom pulled a gun and pointed it at them. After taking the victims’ possessions, the three robbers ran off through Seattle Central Community College.

The victims, who were not injured, went into a nearby supermarket and called 911.

Police checked the area where the robbery occurred, but did not locate the robbers. Police ask anyone with information on this case to call them.
