Missing Renton man found safe
UPDATE at 11:21 p.m.: The missing Renton man was found safe in Bellevue at 10:45 p.m., and is now back home, said the King County Sheriff’s Office dispatch center.
Previous post: An 81-year-old Renton man with “serious medical issues” was last seen at home on Thursday afternoon, said the King County Sheriff’s Office.
Roy Thompson, who has gray hair, blue eyes, wears glasses, is 6 feet tall and weighs 155 pounds. He was driving a 2006 Gray Toyota Avalon with Washington State license plate AJY8994, said the Sheriff’s Office.
He was last seen wearing tan clothing, and his last known location was in West Seattle.
The Sheriff’s Office said that Thompson is known to have traveled as far as Stanwood and was in Burien before that.
It said anyone who has had contact with Thompson or has seen his vehicle should call the Sheriff’s Office 911 Center at 206-296-3311.
