The Renton Police Department has released a composite sketch of the burglar who entered a woman’s apartment through a ground-level window.

On June 26 at around 4 a.m. a woman who had fallen asleep on her couch at the Springtree Condominiums in Renton awoke to an unknown male next to her. When she looked at the suspect he fled the apartment, which is located at the 4300 block of Sunset Boulevard.

The man is described as white, between 22 and 25 years old, about 5-foot-7 with a medium build and olive skin, brown curly hair, a goatee-style beard, “smallish” black eyes and fuzzy eyebrows. He was wearing a navy blue zip-up hooded sweatshirt and dark blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Pete Kordel at 425-430-7647 or pkordel@rentonwa.gov.
