ORIGINAL POST | A portion of North Cascades Highway is closed until Monday because of a rock slide.

The slide at State Route 20, commonly known as North Cascades Highway, blocked the roadway four miles west of Rainy Pass, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. WSDOT crews are on the scene but say additional resources will be needed to clear the highway.
