U.S. Bank in Mukilteo robbed

A man robbed a U.S. Bank on Harbour Pointe Boulevard in Mukilteo earlier this evening.

At around 6 p.m., workers at the bank reported that a man with a cloth over his face had robbed the bank and walked out, according to a news release from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. A spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office said a photo from the bank’s video surveillance should be available tomorrow.

No weapon was seen, and the suspect was headed toward Interstate 5, the workers told deputies, according to the relese. Washington State Patrol and the FBI have been advised.

Anyone with information related to the robbery should call the police.
