Man critically wounded in shooting in Kent
A young man suffered life-threatening injuries when he was shot in the face last night in a Kent parking lot.
Kent police say four to five shots were fired near a McDonald’s just before 9:30 p.m. in the 10100 block of Southeast 256th Street. When officers arrived, they found a man in his 20s in critical condition after being shot.
Detectives do not have a description of a suspect or know of a motive for the shooting. They were still processing the crime scene this morning and interviewing witnesses.
Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call the Kent Police Department at 911 or their tip line at 253-856-5808.
