One suspect in S. Seattle stabbing found, another at large
Seattle police are looking for a man suspected of stabbing another man in South Seattle early Sunday morning.
According to police, the stabbing was reported at 14th Avenue South and South Walker Street around 5:25 a.m.
When officers arrived, two people were seen running away, police said. One of them, a woman, was found hiding under a car near 12th Avenue South and South Massachusetts Street. She was arrested and is being interviewed, police said. The other suspect, a man, remains at large.
The victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
According to police, investigators believe the suspects were sitting in a stolen Honda when they were approached by the victim. The victim and male suspect got into an argument, and the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the hand and torso, police said.
Police say the three people knew each other and may have once shared a home.
