Thursday Memo: Big rain … Half-naked boat guy … Tunnel toll poll
Like wet weather? Heavy rain, mountain drenchings and floods, oh, my. It may be sunny today, but just wait until tomorrow and the weekend. Heavy rain is forecast for Western Washington and in the mountains.
