Blood trail on Beacon Hill leads to man’s body

Someone followed a bloody trail late this morning on Beacon Hill and found a man lying on the ground, according to Seattle police.

When officers arrived around noon, they found the man had suffered a fatal wound and had died. Details about the man’s injuries haven’t yet been released.

Homicide detectives are investigating. Police expect to release more details later.

The man’s body was found in the 2300 block of 15th Avenue South.
