The Associated Press
WENATCHEE — The Chelan County coroner says the man found dead in a Wenatchee ditch on Thursday drowned accidentally.
Coroner Wayne Harris says it’s unclear how 38-year-old Michael W. Andruss of East Wenatchee ended up in the culvert, but alcohol was a contributing factor.
KPQ reports the body was found by children on their way to school. It was about a block from Foothills Middle School.
