Man spits on neighbor’s Chihuahua in Ravenna

A neighborly dispute got ugly in Ravenna Wednesday evening when a man spat on a woman’s Chihuahua.

The dog’s owner called Seattle police around 4:45 p.m. and claimed the man spat on her dog from an upper balcony of an apartment complex on 21st Avenue Northeast and Northeast 75th Street.

Police went to the man’s door to talk to him, but nobody answered.

They left no stone unturned, though. Per a blog post by the department:

The dog was not seriously injured during the incident, although he “declined to speak with officers,” according to an actual police report.
