A Seattle driver was killed after his car spun 90 degrees and hit a concrete barrier Friday night on Interstate 5, the State Patrol said Sunday.
Mesay Asfaw, 32, was driving north on I-5 at about 7:05 p.m. when his green Toyota Corolla crashed near the Spokane Street exit.
The Patrol said he was wearing a seat belt, and drugs and alcohol were not involved.
