UPDATE: Suspect in Wednesday night Everett stabbing turns himself in

UPDATE: Thursday, 9:46 p.m. | Everett police said a suspect in a stabbing in the 7600 block of Evergreen Way turned himself in tonight.

The man will be questioned and then booked into Snohomish County Jail, a news release said.

ORIGINAL POST | An Everett woman was taken to Harborview Medical Center after a second stabbing in the city Wednesday night, Everett police spokesman Aaron Snell said.

Police got the call around 9:15 p.m. that the woman had walked into the parking lot of a Safeway in the 7600 block of Evergreen Way screaming she’d been stabbed, Snell said. She told them it happened during a domestic violence incident at her apartment complex across the street. Her condition was not known.

Police are looking for a suspect, but haven’t found him yet. Few details are available, but this post will be updated as more are released.

In the incident earlier Wednesday night, a 20-year-old man was slashed with a machete during a fight in the 3200 block of 18th Street.
