11 vehicles collide near Interbay truck-rental lot; 1 person hurt

One of 11 vehicles involved in a collision about 9 a.m. today along 15th Avenue near Dravus Street. Early reports indicate the chain-reaction collision may have occurred after a rental truck entered the street from a nearby lot. The rental-truck driver, a man in his 20s, was taken to Haborview Medical Center with face and head injuries. There were unconfirmed reports of other minor injuries. (Photo by John Lok / The Seattle Times)
