No injuries reported in Mukilteo house fire

The Associated Press

MUKILTEO — There are no reports of injuries in a fire this morning that has destroyed a home in Mukilteo.

Assistant Chief Brian McMahan says firefighters who arrived just before 10 a.m. Wednesday were told all the occupants escaped safely.

McMahan says access was a problem fighting the fire because the house is down a long, narrow drive on a steep slope.

The fire was reported just before 10 a.m. in the 6000 block of 88th Street South.
