UPDATE: No sign of foul play after body found on West Seattle beach
Update at 4:14 p.m.: | The King County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the dead man as Levin Van Le, 22. The cause and manner of his death are pending the results of a toxicology exam.
Original post: | Port of Seattle Police said there were no obvious signs of foul play in the death of a man whose body washed up on a West Seattle beach early this morning.
The body was reported washed up in Jack Block Park at 2130 Harbor Ave. S.W. around 4:39 a.m., according to Seattle Fire Department spokesman Kyle Moore.
The body of the unidentified man has been removed by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, which will determine cause and manner of death, according to a port police spokesman.
