Issaquah man dies in car crash

A 90-year-old Issaquah man died of injuries from a car crash Friday afternoon.

According to police, two cars were turning onto East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast from Northwest Sammamish Road about 3 p.m. when they collided, causing one of the cars to hit a tree.  The driver of that car and the passenger were taken to Swedish Medical Center in Issaquah, where the 90-year-old passenger died from his injuries. The driver of the other car was not injured, according to police, who are still investigating and did not identify any of the people involved.
