Seattle mayoral inauguration: The ceremonial oaths of office for Mayor-elect Ed Murray and socialist City Council member Kshama Sawant are getting national media attention.

Harvin back? Seahawks receiver Percy Harvin may be healthy enough to play in Seattle’s playoff game Jan. 11.

Scary Ferrari ride: Olympia police chased a Ferrari at speeds up to 100 mph Sunday before the speeder crashed the Ferrari. The passenger who had accepted a ride from the Ferrari driver was, of course, terrified and jumped out of the car when it slowed for a bit. He suffered minor injuries.
