Drive-by shooting wounds Moses Lake teen on bike

MOSES LAKE (AP) — A 17-year-old boy riding a bicycle was wounded in a drive-by shooting at Moses Lake.

The Grant County sheriff’s office says he was hit twice Monday afternoon by shots fired from a passenger in a car that had circled the block in the Larson housing area. The sheriff’s office says the teen rode between two houses to get away but the shooter chased him on foot.

Injuries to the teen are described as non-life-threatening.

There was another drive-by shooting in the same neighborhood Saturday night that hit two parked vehicles.
