LACEY — Police in Lacey, Wash., are investigating the fatal shooting of a 34-year-old man in a car at an apartment complex.

Police Cmdr. Jim Mack said the man was shot about 5 p.m. Wednesday. Detectives were interviewing residents of the College Glen Apartments to try to gather information about the shooting.
