Man shot through SeaTac apartment window this morning

An 18-year-old man was shot and injured in SeaTac this morning.

The man was struck by a bullet that went through an apartment window and hit him in his abdomen while he was in bed, said King County Sheriff’s Sgt. Cindi West. The man went to a neighbor’s apartment and asked them to dial 911.

The man, whose injury was not life-threatening, was taken to Valley Medical Center, West said.

The shooting occurred around 4 a.m. in the 3400 block of South 176th Street.
