Medical examiner identifies man killed in Federal Way crash

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the person who died after being ejected from a car in Federal Way around noon on Tuesday as 26-year-old Sergey Romashevskiy.

According to Federal Way police, witnesses said the victim had been speeding and attempting to pass illegally when he struck a parked car. The car flipped several times, police said, and the driver was ejected.

The collision is still being investigated, police said.
