Pedestrian struck by car on Capitol Hill

A pedestrian suffered a broken leg and other injuries after he was struck by a car on Capitol Hill, according to the Seattle Fire Department.

The man, in his 20s, hit the windshield of the car after he was struck around 2:30 p.m. at East Harrison Street and  Broadway East, said fire department spokesman Kyle Moore. The injured man was taken to a hospital.

His condition was not immediately known.
