Seattle Central distributing posters of man with possible connection to sexual assault

Seattle Central poster

Seattle Central Community College has released images of a man recorded by a surveillance camera at the time a student was sexually assaulted on Jan. 23 in the Broadway Performance Hall.

The victim said she was assaulted by a man who followed her into a rehearsal room where she went to practice the piano. She says the man groped her and grabbed her when she tried to get away.

She pounded on a window to attract other students and the attacker walked away.

The camera captured this image, which is being distributed on posters around campus. Anyone who sees the man should immediately call Seattle Central Security at 206-934-5442 or 206-936-0909 after 4:30 p.m.

Campus security would like to speak with the man or anyone who might have information related to the assault.
