Super Bowl tickets? None under $2K, some over $35K, vendor says

Looking for cheap seats to the Super Bowl? They probably don’t exist, unless your definition of “cheap” is thousands of  dollars, according to one secondary ticket vendor.

Vivid Seats just released its Super Bowl XLVIII ticket report, which lists the average ticket cost as $5,064. The cheapest single ticket available is $2,239 for a seat located in the upper level of MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Lower sideline tickets have an average price of $8,263 and lower end-zone tickets average $3,903.

Tickets for upper end-zone seats average $2,771, and lower end-zone seats, $3,903.

If you really want to splurge, a private suite on the 20-yard line with 20 tickets is listed at $708,650, more than $35,000 per seat.
