A 32-year-old man has been hospitalized with a non-life-threatening wound after he was shot early this morning, Seattle police said.
Police responded to reports of a shooting just before 1 a.m. in the 7400 block of Rainier Avenue South and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his right arm. Police said he gave officers varying accounts of what happened.
The man was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Officers found several shell casings in the 4800 block of South Fontanelle, and found blood in the parking lot of a business in the 7400 block of Rainier Avenue South.
The gang unit is investigating.
