Sunday Memo: Coffee by the pod … Gentrification on the rise … Bertha stuck, so are we

Do you make your coffee by the pod? Brewing a cup by capsule is becoming the thing nowadays, but it does have some hidden and environmental costs. Do you brew by the pod? Vote in our poll.

Who knew? Well, if you live in one of these neighborhoods, you probably know that gentrification is on the rise. In a  recent Federal Reserve Bank study, only Boston beat Seattle in the degree to which gentrification had spread since 2000. Want to find out if it’s happening in your neighborhood?
