Man arrested in triple stabbing in Lynnwood

UPDATE 10:55 a.m. | A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the stabbings at the mobile home park.

Snohomish County sheriff’s spokesman Shari Ireton wrote in a news release:

“A 23 year-old man has been arrested for domestic violence in the stabbing at the 15900 block of Hwy 99 this morning.  At this time, the suspect has provided no explanation to detectives as to the reason for the stabbing.”

ORIGINAL POST: Two men and a woman were stabbed in a home in a Lynnwood mobile home park early this morning.

A man who appears to be a roommate of the stabbing victims has been taken into custody, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

One victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center where he is in critical condition. The other man also was taken to Harborview and was in serious condition, according to the sheriff’s office. The woman was treated at the scene, but her condition wasn’t immediately available.

The stabbings took place in a home in the 15900 block of Highway 99.

What led up to the stabbings is being investigated.
