Seattle police are hoping you recognize this guy and turn him in.
Why? They say he robbed a blind man of hundreds of dollars outside a bank last weekend. He then handed the victim a cigarette and fled, police say.
The robbery happened around 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bank of America branch in the 400 block of Pike Street. The victim, who police say is legally blind, was using an ATM when the robber grabbed him from behind and demanded money.
The victim handed over hundreds of dollars he’d just gotten from the ATM, according to police. That’s when the robber gave the victim and cigarette and took off.
A witness helped the victim flag down an officer, who took a report and gave the victim a ride home.
