Talk about Hunger Games.
Seattle police say a 24-year-old man attacked a stranger for a bite of his burrito on Capitol Hill.
The incident happened about 4:30 p.m. Saturday as the victim was enjoying his tortilla-wrapped delicacy while sitting outside a restaurant on Broadway and East Pine Street. Police say the hungry suspect approached the man and demanded: “Give me a bite of your burrito.”
The victim told the suspect he was being rude. The suspect didn’t take it well.
He shoved the victim and again demanded a bite of the coveted burrito. When the victim stood up, the suspect punched him in the head and took off running, police say.
Police arrived just in time to catch the suspect climbing onto a bus at Broadway and East Pine.
He was booked into the King County Jail, police said.
