Tunnel contractors seek more state money: The contractor of the stalled Highway 99 tunnel project has requested $62.6 million in change orders on top of a $125 million filing related to repairing the tunnel-boring machine. Documents obtained by The Seattle Times through a public-records request show an itemized list of what Seattle Tunnel Partners is seeking, because of what they say are unexpected issues with the project.
