Investigators seek witnesses to Skagit County crash that killed 3

The Washington State Patrol is seeking witnesses to an accident last Friday that killed three people near Sedro-Woolley.

A blue Audi A4 and a red Ford Fusion collided about 5:10 a.m. on state Highway 20 just east of Minkler Road, about five miles east of Sedro-Woolley.  Two passengers in the Audi and the driver of the Ford were killed, according to the State Patrol.

Killed were Frederick A. Brand, 65, of Concrete; Megan L. Brown, 21, of Bellingham; and Nicole A. Washington, 23, of Sedro-Woolley. Two men were injured.

Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call Detective Scott Witman at 360-654-1143.
