Man attacked with stun gun in Lake City

A man was shocked with a stun gun early this morning during an unprovoked attack by two masked men in Lake City, Seattle police said.

The victim told police he was walking in the 12500 block of 27th Avenue Northeast when he heard people walking behind him and a man yell, “Get off my block!” The victim turned and saw two men, one armed with a stun gun, according to police.

The victim tried to hide behind a car, but the men approached and shocked him with the stun gun, police said. The victim tried to run, but he tripped and fell in the intersection, where he was shocked two more times.

The assailants fled and the victim called 911. He was not seriously hurt, according to police.

Officers searched the area but couldn’t find suspects. The victim told police the men wore dark-colored hooded sweatshirts and bandannas over their faces.
