Police investigating death in Seattle’s Industrial District

Updated at 10:15 a.m.

The body of a 66-year-old man was found Friday in a Seattle homeless camp near Interstate 5 at the Corson Avenue South/South Michigan Street exit.

Police say they located the body, about 20 yards west of I-5, after a tip from someone living in another homeless camp down the street.

The body was severely decomposed. The Medical Examiner will work to determine the cause of death.
