A kite-boarder in distress was rescued this afternoon from the water off Golden Gardens Park, according to the Seattle Fire Department. Hiker, rescue volunteer killed at Pilchuck Falls identified

A hiker and rescue volunteer who fell to their deaths at Pilchuck Falls on Saturday have been identified.
