Did Peeping Toms use drone to spy on Seattle woman?

Have Peeping Toms gone high-tech?

Seattle police are investigating a report that an unmanned aerial drone was used to peer into a woman’s downtown Seattle apartment.

The woman told police she was looking out the window of her apartment near Terry Avenue and Stewart Street around 7:45 a.m. Sunday when she saw a drone hovering outside her building. The woman reported the incident to the building’s concierge, who immediately called police.

The concierge went outside and spotted two men piloting the drone, police said. The men, who were also carrying a tripod and video camera, packed up their gear, climbed into a white Mazda and drove away, according to police.

Police are investigating whether any surveillance cameras in the area captured the incident.
