A 27-year-old man was arrested last night after he stabbed a man during an argument in Ballard, police said.
The suspect had left a Ballard tavern around 11 p.m. when he got into an argument with the 39-year-old victim and stabbed him in the arm at Northwest 85th Street and Mary Avenue Northwest, police said. The victim called 911 as the assailant ran off.
Police located the suspect with the victim’s help and arrested him. Police said the suspect had a bloody knife when he was arrested.
The victim was taken to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injures, police said.
