Tuesday Memo: Charges in SPU shooting … Amazon growth … Winning M’s

Charges are expected to be filed today against the 26-year-old man arrested in the shootings on the Seattle Pacific University campus last Thursday.

Wouldn’t it be co0l if this is George Vancouver’s anchor? An ancient anchor has been pulled to the surface off Whidbey. Might it be from Capt. George Vancouver’s fleet? And just in case you didn”t know, Vancouver, an officer of the British Royal Navy, explored and charted the Northwest waters in the late 1700s.

Another hash oil explosion: This one seriously injured two men in Walla Walla. A woman and two kids in at the place when the blast occurred were not hurt, thank goodness.

Amazonians everywhere! Amazon fills up another four office buildings

Mariners still on a roll: Can this be our Mariners? They beat the Rays 3-0 yesterday. We’re keeping an eye on this team, which is  34-29 on the season, and we don’t even like baseball all that much.  Box score Photo gallery
