Two children, 3 and 10, struck by car in Federal Way

Two children were hit by a car in Federal Way this evening, police said.

A 3-year-old and a 10-year-old had minor injuries after they were struck at South 288th Street and Military Road South, according to the Federal Way Police Department. The two were not on the sidewalk when they were hit around 6:30 p.m. by a car that was being driven at 15 mph.

The driver was not at fault, police said.
