Missing hiker identified: The  body found near the top of a Phoenix mountain has been tentatively identified  as 23-year-old Eric Fernandes of Seattle.

The cost of a college education: UW students are calling for more financial aid, lower tuition and a return to the day when students could work their way through college. And the price is high. Including living expenses, the cost of a year of school for an in-state student living on the UW-Seattle campus is about $27,000.
