Light rail service restored; security threat was groundless
A security threat that turned out to be baseless stalled light-rail service to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport this afternoon.
The Central Link light rail temporarily stalled operations between the Tukwila International Boulevard and Sea-Tac Airport stations, but has since resumed regular service.
The man who made the threat was taken into custody by the Port of Seattle Police, said airport spokesman Perry Cooper.
