Logging truck rollover blocks all lanes of SB I-5 in south Thurston County

UPDATE: 12:10 p.m. | One lane of traffic was reopened shortly after noon, according to the State Patrol.

ORIGINAL POST: A logging truck rolled over on its side about 11 a.m. today on the southbound Interstate-5 near the Thurston-Lewis county line.

The State Patrol is advising drivers to avoid the area because all lanes of the freeway are blocked due to the accident.

Troopers on scene have reported one is minor injury.

A log loader was on its way to clean up the spill and help get the highway reopened.
