Man shot in Victory Heights neighborhood

A man was shot in the foot this afternoon, during what Seattle police say was a dispute over an apparent drug deal in the Victory Heights neighborhood.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of Northeast 103rd Street around 2 p.m. and found the man, according to the Seattle Police Department. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Police say witnesses told them two men left the scene in a black Lincoln Town Car.
