The Bremerton police are asking for help to find a 16-year-old girl missing since late last week.
Ariel A. Luddington left her house on Maple Street in east Bremerton late Thursday night or early Friday morning, according to police.
Around 11 p.m. on Thursday, her father caught Luddington texting her boyfriend and took her phone away, police said. Her father then went to bed.
“When he woke up the next morning, he found that she had gone out her second story window and took off,” Bremerton police Sgt. Kevin Crane said.
Police say Luddington may be with her boyfriend, 17-year-old Alex Pequigont.
Police are unable to contact either teenager.
Ariel is white, approximately 4 feet 9 inches tall, 100 pounds, with long light brown hair and blue eyes. She wears glasses with purple frames.
The girl also could have slurred speech and stagger because of a medical condition. She needs daily medical care, which she has not received since Thursday.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Bremerton Police Department at 360-473-5228 or 360-473-5220.
