Two people are in the hospital after their car crashed through a barrier Saturday afternoon and tumbled down a 75-foot embankment in SeaTac.
Crews used a rope rescue system to get personnel and equipment down the embankment to help the passengers, the Kent Fire Department said in a news release.
Authorities said the vehicle was traveling northbound on Interstate 5 when it tried to take exit 151. The car went out of control and over the embankment on Military Road South.
The fire department said it did not know the condition of the passengers.
