Traffic: The I-90 bridge will close from 12:15 to 2:40 p.m. today and Sunday when the Blue Angels perform over Lake Washington for Seafair. Read more.

Home-price bidding wars: Almost 40 percent of homes sold for more than their list price between April and June in King and Snohomish counties, an indicator that bidding wars abound. But not all neighborhoods are equally roiled by competition for homes, writes business reporter Sanjay Bhatt. Use an interactive graphic to explore where the bidding wars are.

Fires: A wildfire, separate from the Carlton complex fire, started Friday afternoon in Okanogan County. Some evacuations were ordered overnight, and other areas are on a kind of standby. Damage estimates will be made today.

Bremerton School District to pay $900,000 to family of wounded girl:  The family of a girl  critically wounded when a gun went off inside a backpack at her elementary school has agreed to a $1.2 million legal settlement. The Kitsap Sun reports the the Bremerton School District is paying $900,000, and the gun owner’s homeowner’s insurance will pay the rest. Amina Kocer-Bowman was 9 when a classmate brought a gun to school in his backpack in February 2012. The gun went off, shattering her elbow and damaging her organs before lodging in her spine. She had multiple surgeries and spent more than a month in the hospital. The family says the money will be put in a trust for Amina’s education.

Seafair Weekend: Hydroplane racing and the Blue Angels tearing across the sky are the featured events on Lake Washington today and tomorrow. But don’t forget the onshore activities at Genesee Park, where there are military exhibits, free flight simulators, a food court, beer garden, entertainment stage, Kids Zone inflatable rides, a Hydro 101 tent to learn hydroplane racing, and a water slide. The North Beach Food and Wine Festival has a cooking stage, food trucks and vendors, wine tasting and a beer garden. The Sound Beach Party includes the Wakeboard Experience and beer garden, and tours for a close look at the hydros at Stan Sayres Pits. And, over at Piers 66, 69 and 90, you can tour ships from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and Royal Canadian Navy. More info to plan your day.

Sounders play tonight in San Jose:  The team wants to put Monday’s lopsided loss to the L.A. Galaxy behind them. Match starts at 7:30 p.m. NBCSN (Channel 34, for many of you ), and on the radio at 97.3 FM).
