Home sweet home: With a high of $543,500, Seattle median single-family home prices have passed the August 2007 high set before the housing bubble burst. It’s too early to say whether Seattle can maintain that level, but Sellers are excited. Buyers? Not so much. Low inventory means bidding wars have become the norm.
Bronco re-bash? It’s only a pre-season game, but the Seahawks face their Super Bowl foes at 6 p.m. tonight in Denver. Coach Pete Carroll said he expects the matchup will mean “a fired-up team and a difficult situation to play in.’’ But the pre-season goal remains the same: Get a good look at the younger players and the ones fighting for roster spots.
