2 on motorcycle injured in accident with auto in SW Seattle

The Seattle Fire Department reports two people were injured in a car-motorcycle accident this evening at 16th Avenue Southwest and Southwest Holden Street.

A 50-year-old man is being taken to Harborview Medical Center. The fire department reports, via its Twitter page, that he is in stable condition with fractures.

A 50-year-old woman, who was a passenger on the motorcycle is also on the way to Harborview, and also in stable condition, according to the fire department.

Seattle police are investigating the accident, according to the Fire Department.
